Use it as you like
You can use the app for personal or work purposes at no cost. Please don't try to disrupt the site or use it to harm others.
Your notes are your responsibility
Your notes and attachments live in your browser on your device. If you clear your browser data, switch browsers or lose the device, they can be lost. Use Data → Save backup now regularly to keep a copy. The optional sync copies your notes (not your attached files) to your mcbflow.com account; it isn't a backup of your files.
Notes aren't encrypted on your device, so don't keep passwords or other secrets in them.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Matthew Broyer isn't liable for losses arising from using it, including lost data.
Changes
The app and these terms may change. The current terms are always on this page. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy page.
